Having played and performed from a young age, Dylan quickly discovered his love for all things music. Drawing his attention to the business side of things and landing himself valuable experience at companies such as BBC Radio 1 and NME, along with his demonstrative knowledge in promotions, production, journalism and radio; he is well positioned on the team of 8 Magpies after graduating from the University of Sussex with a BSc in Business and Management. Fostering a strong network of industry contacts through his various experiences, he is committed and dedicated to pushing boundaries and building careers for grass roots talent that he believes are the next big thing.
George
Co-Director
Having discovered his passion for music through playing and performing from a young age, George quickly integrated himself into the industry. After gaining valuable experience through his time in promotions, management, radio, and journalism, as well as at labels such as Good Soldier Songs, he was well placed to begin building 8 Magpies Management by the time he graduated from The University of Sussex with a BA in Economics. Now, he uses his industry know-how as well as the vast domain of contacts that he compiled whilst working in a variety of factions of the music industry to manage and promote the most exciting artists breaking onto the UK music scene.
